Cultural Engagement and the Biblical Story
How should Christians think about the church’s place in the world? In this session we’ll look at Scripture as a map to help us locate ourselves in the story God is telling and offer a framework for how to live and engage culture in God’s world.
Dennis Greeson (PhD, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary) is Dean of the Alexandrian Institute and program coordinator and research associate at Union Theological College, Belfast. He’s a fellow in public theology at the Land Center for Cultural Engagement. Dennis is coauthor of The Way of Christ in Culture: A Vision for All of Life (B&H Academic). He lives with his wife and three children in Nashville, Tennessee.
